Belzona® 8211 (HP Anti-Seize) New Metal-Free Formulation
Belzona® 8211 (HP Anti-Seize) is a high performance anti-seize treatment for the prevention of seizure and galling of mating components, subject to high temperatures, corrosion, chemicals and mechanical interlocking.
As a result of the new formulation, Belzona 8211 (HP Anti-Seize) is now completely metal free, which results in a safer and more improved corrosion resistant product.
Another added benifit to the new formulation is that it now has improved anti-seize properties across a wide temperature range up to 1100°C (2000°F).
Simple, Safe, Versatile, Effective
This multi-purpose and metal-free material will not corrode or react with any dissimilar metals. It is suitable for application to most metal substrates including chrome, molybdenum, vanadium, titanium, stainless steel and nimonics. The product does not contain any copper, silicon, lead compounds or molybdenum disulphide, and is specially formulated to have low chloride and sulphur content.
